Join the Prince leadership team in this Assistant Manager role where you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the pub. This is a hands-on position requiring you to be a visible presence on the floor, ensuring the venue maintains a great atmosphere while running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist in hiring, training, and rostering floor/bar staff.

• Customer Experience: Engage with locals, drive a welcoming vibe, and resolve customer queries.

• Operational Control: Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.

• Compliance: Ensure the pub strictly adheres to RSA, WHS, and gaming regulations. 

Ideal Candidate

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy, multi-faceted pub, hotel, or entertainment venue.

• Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
